Being stationary was not the purpose of life, even mother nature abhors sedentary objects, the pathway to death is a sedentary lifestyle. Hence, the decay in their sedentary mode. The essence of ‘being’ is a cycle-like movement, just like our solar system, all physical life moves in repetitive cycles and when we stop moving, we start DECAYING

Stroke survivors and all human beings alike must continue to move. Be ACTIVE to prevent decay in all the body systems. Decays are common from inactivities and can be seen in the MENTAL environment, SOCIAL life, the MUSCULOSKELETAL structure of the body if activities are stopped.
